Torrey Campbell, Founder and Managing Member of Campbell & King Group (CKG) is an expert in the multifamily management, acquisition, and investment sales sectors. Prior to starting CKG in 2019, Torrey spent seven (7) years as a Sales Management professional with E&J Gallo Winery, the largest family-owned winery in the world. Until he joined CBRE and Marcus & Millichap as part of the company’s Capital Markets group, where he structured sale-leaseback transactions, blend and extends along with site-selection projects for quick-service restaurants, automotive retail, and financial services, working with franchisees and corporations to help grow their footprint in Florida and throughout the southeast.

Over the past years, Torrey has established a strong track record in multifamily and net-lease assets, real estate sales, brand awareness, ground development, and business ownership. Additionally, Torrey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University. He excels at leading teams to succeed, giving clients the best service in the industry.
